Delvendahl Martin Architects is hiring a Part 2 architectural assistant/Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
Delvendahl Martin Architects are looking for a highly motivated and talented RIBA Part 2 architectural assistant/Part 3 architect with three plus years’ of experience to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a friendly and approachable person who can take design initiative on projects with confidence and professionalism.
Advanced digital visualisation and CAD skills, complemented with hand sketching and an elegant graphic sensibility are essential to help convey ideas for competitions and projects at early stages. Career development and further study is actively encouraged and the role offers the opportunity to develop and become an integral member of the team.
Requirements:
- minimum of three years’ experience of UK work
- excellent design, digital visualisation and presentation skills
- solid construction and technical knowledge
- excellent collaborator with good communication skills
- proficient in Vectorworks, Adobe Suite, 3D modelling (Rhino preferred)
- experience of working with BIM is an advantage
