An award winning architecture practice is looking for a full timePA to the directors/new business and marketing assistant who has a professional manner and strong organisational skills.
The role will provide PA support to the director of the London office and to the director of the Rotterdam office when he is in London each week. You will also provide support for the new business and marketing team.
The main duties are:
- proactive diary and email management for the directors
- administrative support for new business and marketing team
- assistance with bid production and presentations when required
- assisting with production of marketing material
- assisting with award submissions
- organising any events and visits
- general studio administration as required
The successful candidate should have:
- solid experience from working in a similar capacity dealing with a variety of administrative tasks
- good communication skills
- excellent written and spoken English is essential
- ability to work independently and as part of teams
- proactive with attention to detail
- good time management and ability to multi task
- computer literate and fully competent on MS Office
- excellent Indesign skills essential
- calm manner and be approachable and friendly
