Fletcher Joseph Associates is seeking a project architect to join its team in Edinburgh.
FJA are looking for a highly motivated, project architect with excellent design skills to join our Edinburgh practice. Candidates will be ARB registered Architects with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience.

You will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to lead and motivate others as we collaborate to meet deadlines efficiently. Knowledge of current building regulations is essential and an interest in emerging sustainable and net-zero frameworks would be beneficial.
Key attributes:
- project architect with minimum five years’ post-Part 3 experience
- excellent design skills and technical expertise from RIBA Stages 3-6
- experience of leading design teams through the detailed design and construction phases of a project
- ability to integrate technical design and compliance information whilst respecting the integrity of the concept designs
- strong graphic presentation and verbal communication skills
- design experience working in the multi-residential, office and hospitality sectors preferred
- experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe and Microsoft Office is required
- ability to work well as part of a team and support the studio culture
