Jestico + Whiles is hiring a marketing manager to join its team in London.

We are moving our marketing to a digital-first position.

We are looking for someone who thinks creatively and critically about how to create compelling and engaging materials targeting potential and existing clients, colleagues and collaborators.

The marketing manager will

Create and implement a holistic, digital-first marketing and communications strategy to connect Jestico + Whiles with key audiences in UK and internationally through:

• media (releases and responses)
• client engagement
• direct marketing
•  events
• awards

Create crafted content for media, marketing materials, awards submissions, bid documents, presentations, and web site that:

• promotes Jestico + Whiles’ projects, people, research, ideas, insights and values to create and enhance brand awareness
• is bespoke to specific opportunities
• is aligned across all marketing channels, especially digital channels and social media
• seamlessly marries written word with visual content and tone of voice, consistent with our brand

Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns and engagement activities.

Inspire and mentor colleagues in marketing and communications

Have responsibility for managing the communications coordinator

Skills:

• exceptional skills in creating and editing content
• experience in the architecture and design industry, and ideally in the specialist sectors where Jestico + Whiles has, or aspires to have, an active presence
• existing media relationships
• able to operate at a strategic and detailed level simultaneously.
