Tonkin Liu is seeking an outstanding Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
We would like the candidate to have a passion for architecture, art and nature.
We are an innovative London-based architecture studio with a highly acclaimed portfolio of finely crafted buildings, landmark public sculptures, and regenerative urban landscapes. We are the recipient of 21 RIBA Awards, including the 2018 and 2021 Stephen Lawrence Prize, and were a selected RIBA Role Model practice.
We are proud to have won a number of recent exciting design competitions including the York Minster Centre of Excellence; two stone workshops named the Heritage Quad and Technology Hub, a civic-scale artwork in Sunderland, and Grosvenor Square Gardens, a holistic entity integrating architecture, art, infrastructure, and landscape.
Required skills:
- superb organisational skills
- advanced and proven construction detailing experience
- minimum two years’ experience post-Part 3 UK experience preferred
- experience working on RIBA stages 4 to 6
- ability to work imaginatively and rigorously, both independently and in a team
- fluency in written and verbal English
- advanced 2D and 3D skills – Vectorworks and Rhino preferred
- proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
