Technician
at RX Architects
RX Architects is looking for an experienced CAD technician with a minimum of four years’ experience to join its team in East Sussex, UK.
We are a design-led, RIBA chartered practice who specialise in bespoke residential and commercial projects. We offer a collaborative work environment with plenty of opportunity for hands-on site experience and project running responsibility.
We are based in the Rye Creative Centre alongside over 30 artists’ studios, a short walk from Rye town centre and the coast.
We are looking for an experienced, and self-motivated individual to work on a range of interesting and challenging residential and commercial projects.
Required skills and experience:
- be able to execute the entire CAD drawing package for a project from general arrangement drawings through to joinery details
- a good knowledge of UK building regulations and legislation
- you must have a keen eye for detail and good design and preference will be given to candidates with experience working on high end residential projects
- you must have excellent AutoCAD skills
