The person
We’re after a results driven, tenacious, go getter to take on managing a mixture of bespoke architectural projects whilst also delivering new business. This is an entrepreneurial job, with lots of responsibility and the freedom to deliver results.
Qualifications, accreditations, memberships
Essential: ARB, RIBA / RICS
Desirable: AABC, IHBC, RIBASCA
You will have technical experience in RIBA stages 3 and 4 and site experience in RIBA stage 5, experience of managing a team, experience of delivering projects in Revit and experience of refurbishment projects.
Your skills will include proficiency in Revit, 2D drafting, knowledge of BIM Level 2 and awareness of Passivhaus and current BREEAM standards.
