What are we looking for
We are looking for a friendly professional and welcoming showroom manager with a confident attitude to lead our showroom team in Clerkenwell, London.
Duties will include:
- creating a positive showroom environment
- hosting meetings and showroom tours with clients
- updating the CRM system
- showroom management includes housekeeping, health and safety and fire and security
- organising and co-hosting events at the London showroom
- assisting clients with fabric and finish solutions
- maintain outstanding showroom conditions and visual standards
- additional showroom manager duties as needed
- managing showroom assistants
Experience:
- experience in-store or showroom management
- customer management skills
- strong event management skills
- strong organisation skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ideally prior knowledge of the furniture industry/manufacturing
- manage and coordinate the showroom team
- strong event management skills
