Urban Mesh is looking for an architect or an architectural assistant to join its team in London.
Urban Mesh is seeking a newly qualified architect or an architectural assistant with minimum two years’ experience post Part 2.
We are a small, busy and friendly practice based in Barbican with a varied workload in commercial and high-end residential developments in and around Marylebone, Soho, Belgravia and beyond.
Desirable attributes:
- proven experience of work in UK at RIBA Stage 4 and beyond
- an interest and aptitude in the challenges of working with heritage buildings/conservations areas
- proficiency in AutoCAD
- steady legs on a tight staircase
Duties to include:
- assisting with feasibilities and planning applications
- assisting on tender drawing packages
- site coordination to include site meetings
- opportunities of job running for the right candidate
