What we are looking for

We are looking for a senior client manager to join our growing digital products and experiences team to help us deliver great products and digital solutions to our clients across the globe.

An exciting opportunity to join one of our anchor clients, you’ll need to hit the ground running, leading and owning your own work streams working closely with the Senior Client Directors. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to work on other projects across the business stretching into transport and product innovation.

The role of client services is to be trusted partners to both the client and the Seymourpowell creative team.

To create, maintain and grow enduring, mutually profitable relationships between Seymourpowell and our client companies.

To develop, organise and manage the administrative processes of projects and client development, to support the delivery of the highest quality output.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • work closely with our senior client director
  • work within a cross-functional, highly dynamic, and multi-disciplinary team to develop new digital products and functionality from discovery, requirements definition, UX design, build, and testing through to launch and iteration
  • provide input into product vision and direction for key product capabilities, working closely with the client team to understand business and customer needs in order to deliver best-in-class user experiences
  • work closely with client teams to develop and then translate product roadmaps into detailed requirements that provide clarity to complex problems and work with user experience/design, technical and engineering and QA to execute and deliver high-quality products
  • become the client’s proxy within our team, fielding all questions on their business and product strategy
  • collaborate closely with stakeholders, developing and nurturing relationships in support of multiple lines of business
  • communicate within the cross-functional team and on behalf of the team to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and tactics
  • develop comprehensive knowledge of your key client’s business and maintain an awareness of competitive products and industry trends to continually inform product direction.

Experience, skills and knowledge:

  • experience and proven success in delivering complex digital products for global businesses
  • working with the senior project leadership effectively set leadership expectations, identifying MVPs and future enhancements
  • good interpersonal skills to get the best out all teams across the business
  • strong project management skills managing multiple projects and work streams with agile product management experience desirable
  • excellent communication/writing skills and effective at communicating with and presenting to senior clients and partners
  • ability to support development of presentations and input to strategic and creative presentations with credibility and gravitas
  • a passion for digital innovation, product innovation, design and development
  • highly organised individual with ability to provide consistent communication, project status and financial updates internally and externally
