Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands is seeking a studio administrator to join its team in London.
Architects of the recently completed Hoxton Hotel in Southwark and the award-winning Illuminated River, Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands have an international reputation for high quality architecture and design.
We are seeking an organised and multi-tasking studio administrator with attention to detail to join our existing team.
The role
To be responsible for providing day to day admin assistance and facilities support, assisting the studio manager in maintaining the high standard of the studio environment. The role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of our admin team.
Assisting with maintenance of the office including liaising with contractors, scheduling visits and obtaining quotes, together with maintaining the company’s records.
Assist with managing the ISO 9001 and 14001 accreditations, including carrying out internal audits of the QA system.
General health and safety management within the office environment and data compliance.
Responsible for making travel arrangements and similar.
Management of our established archive system.
Skills and experience
A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in admin and facilities in a creative background would be ideal but training will be provided.
Competent in Microsoft Office suite.
An office-based role where part time hours would be considered and might suit someone local to W6.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
