Dyer is looking to recruit delivery architects/architectural technicians/technologists to join our award-winning team, based in our London studio on Camden Lock. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a growing, dynamic, highly-skilled, international team.
Our practice specialises in the residential (private and specialist), retail and commercial sectors. Projects consist of a mix of new build, renovation and conservation developments. It is essential for the applicant to have a minimum of four years’ post qualification experience within a similar position. Daily responsibilities include: working on site, liaising with contractors and developers, producing technical detailing and working on a number of projects using ArchiCAD.
Architectural technician/technologist position overview:
- working as part of a team as well as independently
- working on a variety of projects using ArchiCAD
- produce working drawings and technical detailing
- working closely with clients
- attending site
Architectural technician/technologist position requirements:
- living in London
- highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
- relevant degree qualified; four years experience post qualification
- excellent knowledge of construction (building regulations, NHCB, British Standards)
- experience within the residential sector
- experience working with clients and attending client meetings
- excellent working knowledge of ArchiCAD
Architectural technician/technologist position remuneration:
- salary; £40k – £45k (DOE)
