Architecture internship
at Mizzi Studio
Mizzi Studio is offering a paid internship for three months at its London studio.
About Mizzi Studio
We are an award-winning design studio working on projects ranging from architecture to industrial, lighting, interactive design and commercial artworks. We specialise in sculptural, futuristic, and organically-inspired multidisciplinary design. Mizzi works within some of London’s most prominent sites and has a diverse portfolio of reputable clients
We are looking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic intern for immediate start with a minimum of one-two year’s professional experience, and exceptional visualisation/3D modelling skills to work for three months on an exciting project within the public realm.
If you have the following, do get in touch:
- architecture degree essential
- minimum of one-two years’ experience in professional practice
- experience in conceptual presentations
- ability to develop concept design sketches into advanced 3D models and environments
- excellent visualisation and rendering skills
- ability to work independently on their own initiative as well as part of the team
- should be enthusiastic, inventive, energetic
- the candidate must be fluent in English, both written and verbally, and can work in the UK full time
- able to start immediately
Essential skills:
- excellent 3D modelling and visualisation skills within Rhino and Google SketchUp
- strong 2D technical detailing and drafting skills within AutoCAD
- fluent in Photoshop and InDesign
Bonus skills:
- landscape architecture
- knowledge of Autodesk Lumion
- knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- knowledge of Autodesk Maya
- Grasshopper knowledge
