Part-II architectural assistant
Cousins & Cousins is looking for a Part-II architectural assistant to join its team in London.
Cousins & Cousins is an award winning London-based practice that works across the residential, commercial, mixed use, public art and cultural sectors. We are seeking a talented Part-II assistant to join our team. Applicants should have excellent technical, communication and organisational skills, and have a proven track record of working on residential and commercial projects ideally from inception to completion.
The successful applicant will have an eye for contemporary design, detail and interiors, be client facing, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Desired experience includes:
- developing and producing tender information for complex UK-based schemes
- developing, producing and submitting planning applications including the discharge of conditions
- production of visualisations – an ability to use Rhino and VRay is advantageous
- working closely with consultants, contractors and suppliers
- experience of all RIBA workstages including site experience
- knowledge of Microstation and Revit
Availability for an immediate start would be ideal, but not essential. Experience of working at London-based award-winning practices is advantageous
