Part-I/II architectural assistant
Thomas Studio is looking for a Part-I/II architectural assistant to join its team in Herefordshire, UK.
Thomas Studio is looking for a candidate to work on creative architectural projects across the UK.
Architect Garry Thomas is a top-25 Grand Design architect and has projects in the west country, Herefordshire and London. With an expanding workload his studio is looking for talented individuals to join the team and to work on a number of exciting bespoke houses, community projects and new-builds across the UK.
Consideration will be given also to candidates with an interest in freelance working.
This role could offer an excellent opportunity to develop construction knowledge and offer project running experience for the right candidate.

At Thomas Studio – we don’t do that!
We are looking for:
• a minimum of two years experience in UK practice
• strong design skills and an interest in self-build, construction methods and detailing
• experience in residential design preferred, but not essential
• working knowledge of Vectorworks, and Adobe Suite
• willingness to learn the UK building regulations and planning system
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• excellent communication skills and written and spoken English
Salary subject to experience.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and available to start work with reasonable notice.
