Part-II architectural assistant

Original Field of Architecture is seeking a Part II architectural assistant to join its practice in Oxford, UK.
OFA has no speciality nor subscribes to a single architectural cannon. Our work varies from small scale residential to complex school and college projects. We prioritise inclusive and responsive designs that reflect client’s needs.
The successful applicant will be exposed to all stages within the architectural process. The role is suited to a good all-rounder, with a sound understanding of the technical requirements of building and the flexibility necessary for a small practice.
It is anticipated the successful candidate will possess most or all of the following:
- solid ability in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office and Rhino
- must be readily available to work in the UK and start employment within one month
- ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and good problem solving skills
- strong awareness of design and be able to apply creative thinking
- exceptional technical and presentation skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
