We are currently seeking a senior project architect; the ideal candidate should have:
- 8-10 years of experience
- high level of expertise in design, but in detailing and construction documentation as well
- experience creating and coordinating multiple construction documentation sets
- construction administration experience on multiple project
- comprehensive knowledge of exterior cladding and façade systems
- thorough knowledge of building codes and regulations
- extensive experience coordinating with all consultants (i.e. structural, mep, civil, etc)
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
