Job title: project design lead
Contract: full-time (limited) contract with a perspective to transfer into a permanent role
Department and location: pre-contract team, Notting Hill, London
Reporting to: design director/managing director
Principal duties and requirements
Seeking an experienced and talented project design lead who can drive the sales process from concept design through to detailed development, offering exceptional service and thoughtful design to our extended client base.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead an individual project team to develop bespoke designs for kitchens, dressing rooms et al. and provide creative solutions, along with the professionalism and service levels expected of a luxury brand.
Bespoke design:
- ability to create bespoke concept design
- intelligent brief taking, deep understanding of kitchen and joinery design
- highly skilled at interpreting architectural and interior packages and developing designs in line with a broader vision
Consultative sales experience:
- ability to close sales to target
- minimum six years’ experience within the bespoke kitchen/joinery and luxury interior design industry
Client management:
- experience of client servicing
- ability to manage multiple stakeholders within each project ensuring smooth and professional communication and exceptional service levels
