Architectural designer
at Plan A
There is an opportunity for an architectural designer to join Plan A in New York.
Plan A is looking for a design-oriented architect with three to six years of full-time professional architecture experience. We are a small firm working on large projects for both the private and public sectors.
We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics:
- design driven with technical knowledge and interest
- strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
- ability to work individually as well as in a team
- understanding of construction details and processes
- three-six yeafull-timeime professional experience required

Schwarz, FAIA and works on assignments globally. The firm is based in New York, with staff in Mumbai.
Prior to establishing Plan A, Aaron was a principal and executive director of Perkins Eastman for almost 25 years. Before joining Perkins Eastman, Aaron worked for 10 years as managing and design Principal at Perkins + Will. Aaron has significant experience and expertise in commercial, residential, and education projects and has worked extensively in the United States, China, and India. His projects have won numerous design awards from the AIA and SARA and his work has appeared in publications both in the United States and in India.
