AD Associates is seeking an assistant designer to join its team in London.

We are now looking for an assistant designer to join the team!

What you’ll be doing 

As assistant designer, you will work collaboratively supporting other designers on the project. You will assume ownership, responsibility, and accountability for the delivery of work assigned to you, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest standard.

You will be responsible for producing schedules, specifications, sample boards and any other relevant documentation necessary to illustrate and identify schemes fully.

Skills:

• BA in interior design/architecture or equivalent
• one to two years’ of industry experience
• AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel
• competent hand sketching skills
• knowledge of suppliers of furniture, fabrics, and hard finishes
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ability to work in a team and take instruction

The salary will be based on experience. All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

This role is an initial fixed-term two-month contract. However, we hope to be able to extend for longer.

We are looking for someone to start in June.
