We’re seeking a senior professional to lead strategic growth and business development – someone who can open doors, build meaningful partnerships, and align opportunities with our values and design approach.
Ideal candidates bring:
- seven to ten years’ of experience in BD or project origination (we’re open to backgrounds from architecture, real estate development, engineering, or related fields)
- a strong network in the Gulf and familiarity with its business culture
- strategic thinking with a genuine curiosity, cultural sensitivity, and a deep interest in design and sustainability
