We are looking for a product designer to join our studio – someone who shares our sensibility and can contribute to a practice where design is not only seen but felt.
The Role
As a product designer at Lambs and Lions, you will develop furniture, lighting, and objects that reflect our dedication to simplicity, material honesty, and craftsmanship. You will collaborate across disciplines – working closely with our creative director, architects, and artisans – to design products that live comfortably in both private properties and hospitality spaces.
Responsibilities
- conceptualise and develop products that align with our design language
- translate spatial and material narratives into refined product solutions
- collaborate with the design team to integrate products seamlessly into interior spaces
- work hands-on with prototypes, materials, and manufacturers to guide products from idea to completion
- engage with our internal team and external collaborators to maintain a holistic approach to design
Requirements
- a background in product or industrial design, with a strong portfolio of thoughtful, refined work
- deep knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques
- proficiency in 3D modeling (Rhino, Enscape, or similar) and visual communication tools
- an intuitive understanding of proportion, texture, and detail
- a calm and curious mindset, grounded in design thinking and a desire for simplicity
- fluent English; German is not required
