O:AD studio is seeking an architectural technologist to join its team in Cardiff, UK.
Experience, responsibilities and skills for the architectural technician role:
- relevant degree or HND in architectural technology
- industry experience in a UK-based practice preferred but not essential
- ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and detailed construction packages
- coordinate information effectively with consultants and contractors
- support project delivery across all RIBA Stages
- ensure compliance with current UK building regulations and technical standards
- collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment
- strong proficiency in AutoCAD software required
- excellent technical knowledge with strong attention to detail
- solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
- confident communication skills and ability to liaise with building control and design team consultants
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
