Pip Horne Studio is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London, UK.
Pip Horne Studio is an established south-west London-based practice working on a diverse range of architecture and art-related projects in the UK and abroad.
We are looking for an experienced Part 2 architectural assistant. Potential candidates should demonstrate strong design skills, a diverse portfolio, a passion for learning, to be a team player and to collaborate in all aspects of the design process.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- fluent spoken English and written communication
- strong presentation skills, aesthetics and craftsmanship in rendering, hand drawing and model making
- good CAD drawing and 3D modelling with experience in Vectorworks, Rhino and Revit
- strong knowledge of presentation software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- good understanding of current UK or equivalent building regulations and technical knowledge
- ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a multidisciplinary team
