Concept design architect

Memar Architecture is seeking a concept design architect to join its team in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
- develop and prepare architectural design proposals, sketches, 3D models, and technical documentation for the client
- managing design projects from the conceptual stage through the end of the schematic stage
- communicate with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and ensure the design aligns with their expectations
- work closely with structural, MEP engineers, and interior designers to ensure cohesive and integrated designs
- coordinate with project coordinators and detailed design architects to address comments, resolve technical issues, and maintain design clarity
- report to the lead architect, align with project standards, and revise designs based on feedback
Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree in architecture
- five plus years’ of experience in architectural design
- proficiency in design software such as 3d Max, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- creative problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a passion for quality design
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
