HÁM is hiring an experienced CAD technician to join its team in Oxfordshire, UK.
The role
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and experienced CAD Technician to join our busy design studio near Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire. This is a full-time role, with the possibility of remote working for the right candidate.
The ideal applicant will have strong technical and presentation skills, along with a conscientious and sensitive approach to design. Familiarity with construction processes and technical detailing is essential, as is the ability to stay organised and work across multiple projects.
An eye for design and a genuine interest in high-end residential architecture and interior architecture are key. Strong self-organisation and communication skills are also important.
A good working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential. Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and similar software is advantageous.
This position will suit someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, creative environment with a team of conscientious, like-minded professionals.
We are currently working on a wide range of private residential projects across London and the UK, including both new builds and restorations.
Salary – TBD depending on experience.
