Location: Putney, SW15, London

We are a dynamic, high-end residential construction firm specialising in exceptional refurbishments and bespoke projects across London. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a client-first approach. We are now seeking an experienced quantity surveyor to join our growing team.
The role
You will be working on prestigious residential refurbishment projects, managing all commercial aspects from initial pricing through to final accounts. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be liaising closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients.
Key responsibilities:
- accurately prepare cost estimates, pricing, and bills of quantities
- manage procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- oversee contract administration in line with project requirements
- coordinate site logistics with the project delivery team
- confidently handle monthly valuations and prepare payment applications
- assess and price variations in a timely manner
- maintain close control over budgets and project costs
About you:
- proven experience in high-end residential refurbishments is essential
- strong background in pricing, procurement, and contract administration
- able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
- based in or near Putney, SW15
