Due to an expanding project portfolio we are seeking a talented RIBA Part 1 architectural assistant to join our team in Winchester, to assist in the design and delivery of an exciting range of projects.
We welcome applications from candidates with the following skills and experience:
Essential:
- RIBA Part 1
- excellent design skills and creative flair
- strong CAD skills, including very good working knowledge of Revit is preferred, Vectorworks skills are also desirable
- proficient in Sketch up and Adobe Photoshop
- extremely good graphics skills
- ability to communicate design ideas through different mediums, from CAD, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop to rough hand sketches, diagrams and physical models
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- confident, proactive and highly organised team player
Desirable:
- previous practice experience as a Part 1 architectural assistant
The appointment will be on a fixed term basis with a minimum contractual term of 12 months, extendable by mutual agreement.
