About the role
Carlo Ratti Associati is seeking an international business development associate to join our team in Turin. We’re looking for a proactive professional with an architectural background, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking to help expand CRA’s global presence and partnerships.
What you’ll do:
- support and implement strategies to grow CRA’s presence in new and existing markets
- build and nurture relationships with international clients and stakeholders, becoming an independent client manager over time
- identify strategic partners for international competitions and opportunities
- collaborate with design teams by preparing and refining proposals
- contribute to strategic documents that communicate CRA’s vision and positioning
- create reports and insights using CRM data to track performance and growth
What we’re looking for:
- fluency in English (written and spoken)
- authorisation to work in the EU
- degree in architecture (bachelor’s or master’s)
- one to two years’ of experience in international business development in the architecture or design sector
- excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging global clients
- interest in marketing and strategic positioning
- ability to manage projects independently
Preferred software knowledge:
- Excel, InDesign, Adobe Suite
- HubSpot and 3D modeling tools (a plus)
