Senior visualiser
at SLAB
SLAB is seeking a senior visualiser to join its growing team remotely.
We work on diverse, design-led projects at an international level and have collaborated with some of the world’s leading practices.
We are seeking a candidate with three plus years’ studio experience producing high-quality architectural visualisations. You should be highly skilled in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer and Adobe Photoshop, with experience in V-Ray and FStorm considered an advantage. Strong communication skills, initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
This is a remote position, open to international applicants. A minimum two-hour overlap with UK working hours will be required to ensure effective collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities:
- produce photorealistic stills and animations
- work closely with architects and designers to develop compelling visual narratives
- apply creative thinking and problem solving project challenges
- bring a strong eye for lighting, composition and detail to every image
- take ownership of projects, managing timelines and deliverables
- communicate clearly within a distributed team environment
- contribute to workflows and help refine studio standards
- support and mentor junior visualisers, with scope for management progression
Requirements:
- strong portfolio of work demonstrating photorealism and design sensibility, with ability to discuss creative process and technical workflow at interview
- minimum three years’ professional experience in architectural visualisation
- proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer and Adobe Photoshop
- knowledge of V-Ray, FStorm, animation, Revit, Rhino and AutoCAD not required but desirable
