TateHindle is looking to hire project architects to join its team in London.
TateHindle is actively seeking talented project architects with five plus years’ of post-Part 3 experience and strong design skills to join our growing London-based team. Opportunities are available across both our commercial and residential teams, where you’ll have the chance to contribute to projects that exemplify thoughtful, high-quality design.
We are an award-winning architecture and design practice, working with high-profile clients on a wide range of interesting and challenging projects. Operating as an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), we foster a collaborative and sustainable studio culture where teamwork, mentorship, and professional growth are central to everything we do.
We have a number of roles available, all of which will involve working closely with the Project Director and Associate and overseeing the project team. The projects include a mix of large-scale commercial developments in central London, as well as masterplanning and residential projects across London and the Southeast.
These roles offer the opportunity to work on a variety of high-quality residential and commercial schemes, contributing to the creation of sustainable, well-designed communities. Successful candidates will be involved in projects from concept design through design development, with a strong focus on sustainable design. They will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of projects, managing the project team, and providing guidance and direction to junior members.
In addition to excellent design and communication skills, successful candidates should have proven proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

The successful candidate must have:
- experience in the development of design concepts and presenting to clients
- excellent design skills
- proven technical detailing expertise, working directly within a 3D BIM environment
- experience in day-to-day project co-ordination, working closely with consultants and the wider project team
- solid understanding of the planning process in the UK
- excellent and current knowledge of UK building regulations
- excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- keen interest in current and emerging architectural trends/AI etc.
- high levels of team spirit with a collaborative and positive approach
