Architectural technologist

McGuinness Architects is looking for an architectural technologist to join its team in London.
The candidate will be working on projects through all RIBA Stages, mainly in the high-end prime residential sector.
The successful candidate will have proven construction and technical design skills together with the following:
- ability to produce technical design packages
- proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp and Microsoft Excel
knowledgeable in current UK building regulations - communicate effectively with both the contractor team and the design team
The position is full-time and will require both individual and teamwork, working under the direction of a project leader as well as the ability to work on their own initiative at times from our studios in Bermondsey. A competitive salary will be offered depending on experience. You must have the right to work in the UK to apply.
