LEOS Development is hiring a BIM coordinator to join its teams in Cairo, Dubai or Guangzhou.
Role summary
As our Middle East portfolio grows with a series of exciting urban projects, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive BIM coordinator to join our team. This role is open across our Dubai, Guangzhou, and Cairo offices, and candidates may choose their preferred location.

Key responsibilities:
- assist the BIM Manager in implementing and maintaining BIM standards and project-specific workflows
- support the preparation and execution of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
- produce and maintain 3D models using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 under the guidance of the BIM manager
- perform model checks, clash detection, and data validation to support coordinated project delivery
- generate drawings, schedules, and BIM-related documentation as required by the project team
- assist in extracting data from BIM models for cost estimation, reporting, and coordination purposes
- support daily BIM-related tasks across design and construction stages, reporting directly to the BIM manager
- stay updated on BIM workflows and emerging technologies to continuously improve project delivery
Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related disciplines
- minimum five years’ of BIM-related experience in architecture, engineering, or construction projects
- proficiency in Revit is required; familiarity with Navisworks and BIM 360 preferred
- strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- fluency in English and strong communication skills required
- self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of supporting BIM processes under supervision
