LEOS Development is hiring a BIM manager to join its teams in Cairo, Dubai or Guangzhou.
Role summary
As our Middle East portfolio grows with a series of exciting urban projects, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive BIM manager to join our team. This role is open across our Dubai, Guangzhou, and Cairo offices, and candidates may choose their preferred location.

Key responsibilities:
- develop and maintain company BIM standards and workflows, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and other international protocols
- manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and oversee project models, ensuring data accuracy and coordinated design delivery
- conduct regular model audits, clash detection, and quality reviews to maintain high standards of project delivery
- provide BIM-related training, mentoring, and technical support to project teams, driving effective BIM adoption
- collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and QS team to ensure smooth cross-disciplinary coordination
- work closely with the QS team to extract data from BIM models and support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- research and introduce emerging BIM technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and project outcomes
- prepare BIM progress reports and manage data deliverables to ensure information integrity across project lifecycles
Qualifications:
- machelor’s degree or above in architecture, construction management, or related disciplines
- minimum eight years’ of BIM-related experience, with prior BIM manager or senior BIM coordinator experience preferred
- proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360; familiarity with Rhino and Grasshopper is a plus
- strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM best practices
- fluency in English and excellent communication skills are required
- proven leadership and ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- strong creativity, problem-solving, and multi-tasking ability
