Role summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary design director to be based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and delivery of the company’s architectural and interior projects. This role requires a balance of strong design creativity, technical execution, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards on schedule.

Key responsibilities:
- lead and oversee the company’s architectural and interior projects from concept through to delivery
- participate in concept development, design detailing, and on-site execution, ensuring construction quality aligns with original design intent
- maintain rigorous control over design details to guarantee premium quality and consistency in project delivery
- coordinate effectively across departments (design, engineering, procurement, etc.) to drive smooth project execution
- supervise construction progress and quality on-site, resolving issues promptly to ensure timely project completion
- represent the company in communications with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers, maintaining strong professional relationships
Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, interior design, or related field
- 10 plus years’ of professional experience, with extensive background in construction and on-site project management
- comprehensive knowledge of the full design-to-construction process, with proven experience in project delivery
- strong sensitivity to and control of design details, with experience in high-end/luxury projects
- excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with multiple departments and external partners
