Part 3 architect

Kallos Turin is looking for an experienced Part 3 architect to join its London team.
Kallos Turin is an award-winning architecture and design firm with offices in London and San Francisco.
We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of three years’ UK based experience post-Part 3.
Candidates should be:
- experienced in running UK based high end residential projects
- proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp
- experienced in production of construction documentation
- experienced with high end interior architecture including joinery packages and bespoke detailing
- experienced with local authority building control and planning applications
- familiar with Photoshop and 3DS renderings
- fluent in spoken and written English
- all interested applicants must be based in London, eligible to live and work in the UK
