Studio Boum is hiring a mid-level creative to join its team in London.
Studio Boum is an international design and production studio creating world-class events and experiences for leading fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands. We are looking for a creative (mid-level) to join our team, shaping bold ideas and transforming them into engaging narratives and presentations.
As a creative at Boum, you will sit at the heart of our ideation process, crafting concepts that are imaginative, strategic and culturally attuned. Working alongside our creative leads and designers, you will develop the language, mood and storytelling that define each project, ensuring our ideas remain distinctive and true to the Boum design codes.
Daily activity:
- generate fresh creative concepts that bring client briefs to life
- develop compelling decks, visuals and narratives for pitches and presentations
- collaborate with designers and producers to ensure ideas translate seamlessly into execution
- lead the creative on projects up to £500k, and support senior creatives on larger scale initiatives
- contribute to Boum’s wider creative strategy, helping evolve our aesthetic, positioning and offering
What we’re looking for:
- three to five years’ experience in a design, creative or brand-focused environment
- a portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling and presentation skills
- highly skilled in presentation and design software (Pitch, Keynote, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; CAD/3D/visualisation softwares a plus)
- confident communicator who enjoys presenting ideas to clients
- a culturally engaged thinker with curiosity across art, fashion, architecture and design
- collaborative, proactive and detail-driven
- right to work in the UK
