We are looking for an interior stylist and FF&E curator to join our studio, someone who shares our sensibility and understands how furniture, art and objects shape experience, narrative and emotion within hospitality environments.
The role
As an interior stylist and FF&E curator at Lambs and Lions, you will be responsible for shaping the final layers of our projects. Working closely with our creative director and design team, you will curate furniture, lighting, art and decorative elements that translate concept into atmosphere, ensuring each space feels considered, balanced and complete.
Your work will focus predominantly on luxury hospitality projects, contributing to interiors that are immersive, refined and enduring.
Responsibilities:
- curate FF&E, art and decorative elements aligned with the project concept
- develop FF&E and art schedules, specifications, and presentation material
- collaborate on material palettes, finishes, and spatial compositions
- source high-quality furniture, lighting, textiles, art, and bespoke objects
- work closely with the internal design team and external suppliers to deliver cohesive interiors
- support on-site installations and final styling to ensure design integrity
Requirements:
- a background in interior styling, interior design, or FF&E curation, ideally within luxury hospitality
- strong knowledge of furniture, lighting, art, and decorative sourcing
- a refined eye for materiality, tone, texture, and composition
- confidence working with art and bespoke decorative elements
- an organised and detail-oriented approach to documentation and delivery
- a calm, thoughtful mindset with sensitivity to space and experience
- fluent English; German is not required
