Model Works is seeking a creative director of visualisation to join its office in Dublin, Ireland. 

Model Works is looking for a highly experienced and talented creative director of visualisation with a background in CGI production and architecture, and the ability to art direct and manage a dynamic team of diversely skilled CGI artists and animators. With a passion for production of images of exceptional quality, you will have the opportunity to both create beautiful work, and play a key role in the development of this department and company as a whole.

Requirements:

•  a minimum of eight years professional experience in the industry
• be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of high-end rendering techniques and post production
• have a keen eye for detail and composition, with a strong track record of image production of highest possible level of detail and realism
• experience in 3ds Max and Adobe Suite is essential
• candidates must be able to manage production and quality of all CGI output including photomontage, interior & exterior marketing CGIs, animations etc.
• ability to lead a team in a collaborative work environment.

We’re offering:

• a full time, permanent position in our Dublin studio
• an attractive salary of between 75k – 90k per annum (depending on experience)
• a chance to lead a department, where you can create, inspire and lead production of stunning imagery
