You will work on some of the world’s most ambitious superyacht projects, developing spaces, furniture, materials and details specifically for each yacht and its owner.
Key responsibilities:

- interior design and functionality: develop interior spaces in which aesthetics, functionality, proportion and detail work together. Design and refine architectural elements, furniture, furnishings, FF&E and artwork through to final design
- presentation and documentation: create compelling project presentations and precise creative briefings for our CGI artists. Develop and curate material samples and maintain clear oversight of the documentation, specifications, lists and schedules required throughout the design process
- collaborative execution:
- work closely with the Design Director, senior designers, CGI artists, designers and design engineers to develop projects from concept through to final design. You are comfortable contributing as part of a multidisciplinary team while taking ownership of your own work and working independantly.
Key qualifications:
- design excellence: a demonstrable talent for creating distinctive, sophisticated and fully bespoke interiors, supported by an exceptional recent portfolio
- experience: three–six years of professional experience as a creative interior designer, preferably within the superyacht industry and with experience on 50m+ LOA projects
- industry insight: strong knowledge of high-end furniture, suppliers, manufacturers, production techniques and premium materials, combined with the curiosity to continuously discover new possibilities
- organizational skills: excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills. You work accurately, maintain clear documentation and can manage your responsibilities within demanding project schedules
- technical proficiency: full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD, together with strong MS Office skills and fluency in English
- responsibility and precision: a proactive and responsible approach, combined with the attention to detail required to work at the highest level of custom design
- flexibility and availability: available for 40 hours per week, with flexibility around working hours when projects require it. Open to international travel and living in, or willing to relocate to, Netherlands.
