Architectural assistant
at Minale and Mann
Minale + Mann is on the hunt for an experienced architectural assistant to join its team in London.
We are a boutique architecture and interior design agency, delivering projects for a discerning clientele, within the high-end residential and commercial market.
The candidate must be a self-motivated, confident, highly organised, and experience working within a team and supporting project architects with their workload as well as taking on smaller projects.
Requirements:
- Part 2 qualified
- good design and technical drawing skills
- expert handling of AutoCAD
- 3D modelling a plus
- able to work within a team (will be guided by senior architects), but also able to work autonomously
- fluent in spoken and written English
- enthusiastic, motivated
- confident and communicative
- minimum of two years’ experience post Part 2 (Part 3’s welcome to apply)
- experience with high-end residential and boutique commercial projects in the UK, preferably London
- familiar with planning regulations, and building control in London
- good level of understanding technical detailing, architectural and structural construction drawings
- experience with structural engineers, surveyors and other sub-consultants
- good understanding of construction, and site liaison experience
Salary will reflect the candidate’s experience.
This is a full-time position within the company, with a full-time employment contract.
Office hours are 9:30 to 6pm Monday to Friday.
