Reform is seeking an architect to join its team in London.

Reform is a friendly and approachable team of architects who work closely with our clients, consultants and contractors to provide thoughtful and creative designs. We have an incredibly diverse and exciting range of projects and offer a design-led studio environment where lateral thinking and creativity are valued.

We have several exciting ongoing projects and are looking for talented individuals to help grow, and become an integral part of, the practice. We are looking for someone that is curious, proactive and willing to take on responsibility within a collaborative studio environment.

We are a small tightly knit team, working in a supportive environment where creative thinking, innovation and enthusiasm are valued. Finding the right candidate is important to us, and the role can be adapted accordingly.

Skills and attributes:

• Part 2/3 with a minimum of three years’ experience working in the UK
• good knowledge of technical detailing and hands-on experience on site
• exceptional skills in design and communication with strong written and spoken English
• strong understanding of current planning guidelines and UK building regulations
• strong self-editing capabilities and ability to carry out peer reviews
• experience co-ordinating and reviewing external consultant work to ensure design integration

We use Revit and AutoCAD, alongside SketchUp and Adobe CS/Affinity in our day to day work, and are always looking to expand our skills. We are flexible and open-minded in our working arrangements.
