Part 3 architect with technical expertise
at Ben Pentreath
Ben Pentreath has an opportunity for a recently qualified architect with strong technical expertise to join its team in London.
The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years’ experience post Part III, with experience of job running & contract administration combined with technical skills and a knowledge of current UK building regulations for RIBA stage 3 onwards.
Presentation skills, drafting abilities, and a conscientious and sensitive approach to design are also essential.
A good working knowledge of CAD software, preferably Vectorworks; a clear understanding of SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop and other programs are advantageous. Hand drawing skills are also useful.
The practice is currently working on a variety of new build and restoration private residential projects, as well as a number of mixed-use commercial, hospitality and masterplanning schemes. Experience in these sectors would also be beneficial.
