Kokaistudios is looking for a senior architect to join its team in Shanghai, China.
Kokaistudios is an award winning architecture and interior design firm founded in 1999 in Venice by Italian architects Filippo Gabbiani and Andrea Destefanis and headquartered in Shanghai since 2002.
Working at Kokaistudios will give you the opportunity to challenge yourself technically and creatively in a multi-national team of 55 talented people led by our two founders and six associate partners whom together design projects of varying typologies (commercial/cultural/hospitality/urban renewal) on a global basis.

Requirements:
- bachelor’s degree or above in architecture
- minimum of six years working experience in a leading architecture firm
- experience working on mid-large scale projects from schematic design to construction design
Skills:
- highly skilled in AutoCAD, Sketchup/Working knowledge of Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Revit and Rhino
- strong knowledge of codes, regulations and industry practices
- strong experience in production of detailed construction drawings & knowledge of building systems and materials
- strong team player that is organized and efficient
- strong communication skills (English and preferably Chinese)
- experience coordinating various team members and consultants to ensure that the team meet high-quality levels of production
