Project architect

PDP London is looking for an experienced project architect to join its team in London.
We are looking for a talented architect with strong experience at all RIBA stages to lead a complex scheme from design through to construction phases. In particular, we are looking for someone who enjoys working on listed buildings and who has delivered office projects in the past.
You must be able to demonstrate that you have:
- an interest in working on listed buildings
- experience of successfully running complex projects on site
- ability to develop design solutions through all stages up to construction
- expertise in construction drawings and construction details strong knowledge of codes, practice standards, and industry expectations
- the ability to lead a team
- good communication and teamwork skills
- the ability to communicate successfully with all stakeholders in the project – client, project manager, contractors, external consultants, and colleagues
You will also have:
- experience using Revit or Vectorworks
- strong computer skills
- be proactive and enthusiastic
