Project architect

Oliver Leech Architects is looking for a project architect to join its team in London.
This person will lead some exciting new residential projects through detailed design and construction.
The successful candidate must be personable, self-reliant and have the ability to multi-task under pressure. Good communication and written-English skills are vital. Domestic project experience is essential with the ability to lead the detailed designs through to construction. The candidate will be working on a new house in the Cotswolds, a large basement renovation in north London and various other jobs in London.
The successful applicant will need to show excellent design ability through technical drawings and hand sketches.
Requirements:
- talented and confident architectural and interior designer
- competent Vectorworks skills
- strong communication and project management skills with an excellent standard of written-English
- at least two years experience of working on residential projects
- confident liaising with contractors, consultants and other members of the team
- self-motivated with a collaborative team player approach
- at least three years UK architectural experience post Part 2
