Adventure in Architecture is seeking a project architect/Part 2 assistant to join its practice in London.
Adventure in Architecture is a unique practice working on a range of commercial, high-end residential and developer-led projects in central London. We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals to join our team.
The role is for a project architect and offers the opportunity for a qualified or recently qualified architect to undertake a management role within the practice.
The applicant should have the below skills:
- confidence in working independently and as a team
- willingness to take on responsibility and develop new skills
- excellent design understanding and creativity
- proficient in Vectorworks
- experience with detailing and writing specifications.
- excellent organisational skills
- excellent written and spoken English is essential
- UK construction site experience required
- contract administration experience is favourable
The ideal candidate will be confident in managing a team of external consultants on a project basis. They should be eager for client experience and be able to develop business relationships.
Salary is competitive and the candidate will be eligible for both a company and an individual bonus.
