Studio Farris Architects is a rapidly growing architecture and urban design studio based in Antwerp, working on ambitious projects across Europe and beyond. Our portfolio ranges from large-scale mixed-use developments and residential towers to hospitality, public space and masterplanning projects.

As our studio continues to expand, we are looking for a talented and ambitious design architect who wants to be part of this growth journey and help shape the future of the practice.

Your role

You will play an active role in the development of landmark international projects, working closely with senior designers, project leaders and partners from the earliest design ideas through to competition and proposal stages.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative environment, enjoys taking initiative and wants to grow professionally while contributing to the evolution of a dynamic and entrepreneurial studio.

Key responsibilities:

• contribute to the conceptual and schematic design of large-scale international projects
• develop advanced 3D models and parametric design workflows using Rhino and Grasshopper
• create compelling presentations, diagrams, visualisations and design narratives
• explore innovative architectural concepts and translate them into feasible design solutions
• collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
• contribute proactively to the design culture and creative ambitions of the studio

Your profile

Education and experience:

• master’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture (or equivalent)
• minimum of five years’ professional experience
• experience on large-scale, complex or international projects
• previous experience in a renowned international design practice is considered a strong advantage

Technical skills:

• advanced proficiency in Rhino
• strong Grasshopper skills are highly valued
• Revit is a plus
• excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
