Holland Harvey Architects is seeking a mid-weight interior designer to join its growing studio in London.
Holland Harvey is seeking a Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join its London studio and become part of a growing interiors team, working across an expanding portfolio of hospitality and F&B projects.
The successful candidate will have two to six years experience, with a focus on
hospitality and F&B projects.

You will:
- develop the conceptual and detailed design of our retail projects
- produce drawings and 3D visualisations to capture and communicate the
design intent - prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes
using computer-aided design (CAD) software - participate in regular design workshops with clients
- undertake the production of information for tender purposes and play an
active role in negotiations with contractors - source and specify furniture and finishes
- work alongside suppliers, fabricators and manufacturers to procure specialist
items - work closely with other consultants to coordinate pre-construction information
- undertake regular site visits during construction
- produce sample or mood boards for presentation to clients
- delegate to junior designers while working as a collaborative and efficient
team
Candidates must have:
- a bachelor’s degree in interior design/architecture
- at least three years’ industry experience in hospitality or high-end residential
design - demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- proficiency in software – Vectorworks, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign,
knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino and V-Ray is an advantage - strong eye for detail and the ability to produce detailed working drawings and
specifications - experience in sourcing and specifying finishes and FF&E
- the ability to manage projects within budget and timelines
- strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with other team
members
