Entuitive is seeking an office administrator/executive assistant to join its office in London.
Entuitive is a consulting engineering practice with a vision to design advanced structures and systems that support a sustainable future. With more than 230 staff across offices in the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States, we are growing in all regions and delivering challenging and award-winning building and infrastructure projects around the world.

What will you do?

Based in our open-plan studio premises in Brixton, you will be working closely with our UK leaders to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our London and Edinburgh offices. The role will be a mix of PA, administration, and business development duties but ultimately could include a wide range of activities and would be open to development by the successful candidate. A vital piece of our UK operations, the role will also support and collaborate with our people and culture (HR) and marketing and communications teams based across our various offices.

Responsibilities will include

Office management:

  • keeping the office running smoothly, welcoming visitors and supporting engineers
  • providing PA support to the UK leaders
  • increasing awareness and tailoring perception of Entuitive in the UK, making new contacts, promoting leaders, organising events, identifying tender opportunities
  • administrative tasks such as petty cash accounting, office supplies, external contracts managements, supporting initiatives, answering phones, social events
  • as we grow, managing day to day operations of an office move

What do you need to succeed?

  • three plus years’ experience working in an administrative role supporting senior executives or a studio environment
  • good initiative and willingness to take responsibility
  • intermediate to advanced knowledge using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
  • excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • demonstrated ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • ability to anticipate needs proactively and the flexibility to work with changing priorities and multiple deadlines
  • demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills to ensure deadlines are met
